PROCESS

烤漆流程

Preparatory Items Introduction

Before processing, confirm the following items and their uses to ensure subsequent quality and workpiece condition.

Toluene
  • the surface of the object is indeed clean.
Crosslinking agent
  • Increases adhesion between objects.
Steel pebbles
  • Sandblasting to remove oil and rust from the surface of an object.
Putty
  • Used to fill gaps in welds and joints between parts.
  • If the putty area is too large or too thick, it will bubble (and sink into the gaps).
Anti-sandblasting stickers
  • Special red tape is applied to areas that do not require spraying.
  • It can also be used to cover areas that do not require sandblasting.

Sheet metal degreasing process

Select the appropriate degreasing method according to the workpiece conditions to ensure the quality of subsequent spraying.

No sandblasting
  • toluene is used to remove oil from the surface of the object.
Sandblasting
  • Sandblasting was used to smooth the surface.

Degreasing process for the skeleton

For residual oil in the gaps and inside the skeleton structure, a corresponding process must be used for treatment.

Use a spray gun to spray toluene into the gaps.
  • To dissolve the oil in the object (to prevent the object from rusting and becoming oily).
Bake in the oven
  • Bake in the oven to force out the oil from the food.
Use according to the different characteristics of the object

Filling process

Use a hardener according to the type of filler to improve drying efficiency and construction stability.

Butterfly-shaped primer
(Yellow primer)
  • A hardener needs to be added to make it dry quickly.
Eagle-shaped putty
(red putty)
  • A hardener needs to be added to make it dry quickly.

Anti-heating process

Determine the anti-heating location based on the workpiece's machined surface and customer requirements to avoid affecting spraying and assembly.

Precautions against overheating
Location specified according to customer requirements.
  • For machined surfaces (milled), please provide a heat-resistant image.
  • Apply the heat-resistant sticker to the areas requiring heat protection according to customer needs.
  • If the object surface has oil stains: Wipe it clean with toluene first, ensuring the surface is clean before applying the heat-resistant sticker.
  • For threaded holes, use thread-locking silicone to prevent steel scraps and paint powder from entering the holes.

Grinding process

Select the grinding method according to whether sandblasting is required to ensure surface flatness and adhesion.

No sandblasting
  • Surface roughening is required.
Sandblasting
  • Use a sander to smooth the surface (if sandblasting is not followed by sanding, the paint powder will be uneven).

Dust removal process

Adjust the hanging method according to the size of the object, and complete the surface dust removal to ensure the quality of spraying.

Hanging method
  • Items are hung using S-hooks and rings.
Dust removal and cleaning
  • Use an air gun to remove surface dust.

Powder Coating Process

Confirm pre-treatment procedures, powder coating conditions, and baking parameters to ensure stable quality and smooth delivery.

Preliminary confirmation
  • The preliminary work has indeed been completed.
Key Principles
  • Preliminary work has indeed been completed
Requirements Confirmation
  • Film thickness, color, and quality requirements.
Powder Coating Control
  • The standard operating procedure (SOP) for powder coating technology is used to prevent undercoating, dripping, or particle formation.
Baking in the oven
  • varies depending on the material and color of the item and the baking time
Quality Inspection Before Shipment
  • After the product leaves the oven, quality control is implemented. Only products that pass high-quality testing are shipped out.
Packaging methods
  • Protective measures using adhesive film and bubble wrap packaging.
